David Stickler
Raised in the western US, as a chubby kid lacking grace, David found athletics allowed him to discover a glimpse of his own potential and form a degree of purpose. Football became his passion, gave him confidence and provided a ticket to go to college and see the world. He was an All-Conference player at Fort Lewis College where he received his BA in Exercise Science and held school powerlifting records. He pursued professional football, in arena league and in Europe, until injuries changed his path.
His love and devotion to training the physical body, along with his education, led him to become a strength coach for collegiate teams and athletes. While serving as the trainer for a circus/burlesque troop he discovered new modalities for physical development – yoga and the circus arts became his new vehicle for range of motion, flexibility and strength. David joined the Salt Fire Circus as the troop “Strong-man” where he performed in aerial acrobatics/dance and acroyoga.
He also followed a dream to a Tibetan village where he lived and studied the culture of Buddhism and Bon Shamanism. This was followed by an immersion in yoga while staying for 3 months in Rishikesh India, where he also returned to study in 2020.

She often co-hosts large public gatherings with other musicians, vocalists and artists to create multi-dimensional and memorable experiences outside in nature, at corporate retreats or private residences.
Growing up, Wendy spent most of her time in NYC dancing and choreographing for musicals and workshops. Before she traded in her briefcase for sound healing instruments, she was Founder and CEO of a PR firm that created executive visibility programs for CEOs of F500 companies including, Xerox, Cisco, Adobe, eBay and Paypal.
Wendy graduated from Skidmore College with a Bachelor of Science in Epidemiology and then received her Master’s in Education from Stanford University.
Kalden Kho
Originally from eastern Tibet, Kalden Kho brings a wealth of Tibetan cultural and spiritual background to his sound work, breath work and astrology offerings. He became a monk at the age of 5 and continued his monastic studies until the age of 23, when he completed a three year retreat. He subsequently escaped to India in the winter of 2000 and joined his Tibetan community in exile, under His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama. He moved to the U.S. 10 years ago. Journeying across the U.S, he came to meet people from all walks of life. He discovered that people more and more are seeking connection and serenity to offset the stress and isolation of modern lifestyles.
Kalden’s goal is to create a community here that will combine the best of both cultures, Tibetan and American. To this end, he has dedicated his Sound Work, Breath Wor`k and Tibetan Astrology offerings to introducing America to the warmth and spiritual strength of Traditional Tibetan culture while working to ensure the continued robust existence of Tibetan traditions. He hopes you will join him in building this community and moving toward a more enlightened, balanced and harmonious path

Greg McFarland
Greg is a certified Chi Nei Tsang practitioner, Kundalini Yoga teacher, and a Silent retreat meditation leader. His foundation is rooted in the classical teachings of traditional Hatha Yoga and Kundalini Yoga, lineages that emphasize disciplined practice, energetic awakening, and embodied spiritual inquiry.
Before fully stepping into the yogic path, Greg worked professionally in carpentry, a craft that shaped both his hands and his philosophy. His skill for designing and building retreat centers, yoga studios, and private sacred spaces took him across diverse landscapes and communities. Through this work, he developed a deep appreciation for creating environments that support reflection, healing, and transformation.
It was during these travels that Greg encountered a teacher who profoundly influenced the direction of his life. This meeting led him to Southeast Asia, where he immersed himself in the study of traditional yoga for over five years. Under the close guidance of two Swamis, he lived and practiced within an authentic ashram setting, dedicating himself to disciplined study, meditation, and service.
This period of immersion awakened a greater calling: to preserve and carry forward the integrity of the yogic tradition while making its wisdom accessible to modern seekers. Today, Greg integrates his hands-on craftsmanship, therapeutic bodywork training, and deep spiritual study into the retreats and programs he creates. Each offering reflects his commitment to honoring tradition, cultivating inner stillness, and building sacred spaces—both within and without.
