Strength in Stillness

Join us for a weekend of wellness designed to restore balance between strength and rest. Through intentional movement, breathwork, and immersive sound experiences, you’ll build resilience in the body while calming the nervous system and creating space for deep restoration.

This weekend invites you to slow down, reconnect with your inner rhythm, and release what no longer serves you—without pressure or expectation. Step away from the noise, return to yourself, and leave feeling grounded, clear, and renewed. We’ve created a weekend of activities: classes, sound baths, and workshops to be held at Spirit Barn and the surrounding area.

Resilience and Personal Empowerment

There is a pathway to power. Building resilience strength is not only about muscular strength—it is about clarity, confidence, and understanding your body’s limits so you can move beyond them safely and sustainably.

Our approach integrates physical training with mental awareness, helping you develop resilience that carries into every aspect of life. You’ll learn how to work with your body in ways that promote longevity at any age, focusing on both front and back-body kinetic chains. Practices include strength, mobility, agility, coordination, balance, and breathwork—because true strength is integrated, adaptable, and alive.

No matter where you are in your physical journey, your personal evolution and potential are waiting.

Restoration and Inner Peace

When we move with intention and rest with presence, the nervous system settles, the mind quiets, and clarity emerges.  Through intentional movement, breathwork, and immersive sound experiences, you’ll build resilience in the body while calming the nervous system and creating space for deep restoration. There will be time to slow down, reconnect with your inner rhythm, and release what no longer serves you—without pressure or expectation.

Spending time in community and nature restore our souls. There will be opportunity for heart-opening, guided stillness, as well as time to connect with the stars, the ocean, Redwood trees and retreat center mountain views.
